Celebrity club ( in the direction of away from the City) in the Westchester
sell it off. Could you please provide an estimate of what would be the current

Hi
I’m a mum of two under two and we’re about to move to the mountains north of Nerja. As it is with the kids, shopping is a major drama so will be even more so when we’re so isolated. Once we move, I expect I’ll be doing all my clothes for the kids, me and the hubby, birthday gifts etc online. Any recommendations for good Spanish sites? It seems silly to continue buying off UK sites and have to pay the delivery costs if there’s some good Spanish ones out there.
Thanks

Hi,

I’ve been in Spain for only 7 months now, it hasn’t been an easy transitions, especially with work. I would like some advice on letting properties in Spain. I have done some lettings work in the UK and wanted to know if there are any major factors that I should be concerned about?

My plan is to let & manage properties as well as rental payments. Are there any tips of getting into this market, becoming recognised as a credible agent? A lot of this is down to time and getting established, any ideas of getting my foot in the door so to speak.

Getting properties on your books can be challenging also, whats good method?

I would appreciate some feedback, I’m not going to rush in to this business but its sure something I’d enjoy doing.

Regards

Hi all,

I am moving to Madrid for a year to get a MA in Spanish. I am starting the process of trying to find an apartment that is furnished to rent for about 9 months. As I am just starting the process, as still several months away from moving, I have some general questions:

1. Is it better to wait until I arrive in Madrid to start looking for an apartment?

2. What are some good websites I can use to look for/research apartments in Madrid? I’ve been looking at pisos.com which seems to be decent, but some other sources would be nice for comparison.

3. What kind of prices should I expect for a studio or 1 bedroom in the various different neighborhoods?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone!

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but: My wife and I live in Germany but are considering renting a place in Spain for six months or so. Searching on the internet finds nothing but a clutter of holiday rentals for 300 Euro a week, which is definitely not what we’re after.

How does one go about finding a normal flat in Spain, preferably furnished, for a six-month or so lease? We don’t care if it’s in some boring little town where we can’t get our foreign food products or watch TV in our language. Authentic spanish is good. There must be some online websites that are for normal flat rentals, not just for tourists?

Thanks for any advice,

Sean
