Hello All.

Toying with the idea of buying at first buying a holiday home with a view to moving/retiring later on.  What would be your advise go with somthing intially like Polaris World/Golf Property for rental then sell when the time to move over comes or straight away look for something more reidential from the beginning.

Cant find any information from past of present buyers from Polaris to gauge good or bad results of purchasing.

Any advise welcome

Suggest you don’t touch Polaris World with a barge pole - it might now seem cheap but issues over legality and the chances of renting out are very low. Probably all golf rentals at the moment are poor business. Also beware of high community charges on some of these developments.
