British couple (Female 52 Male 56) both working, looking for a furnished 2/3 bedroom house villa with a garden and access to a pool, in and around La Nucia area, can supply references from present landlord and have never been late paying rent or bills.

Hi, i have a villa that may interest you on Les Monges, La nucia. I am on a short break break myself at the moment so not sure when it would be available till I check my diary at home on Monday. What sort of rent are you looking to pay and what references do you you have? My solicitor would draw up a lease. My son has a house on the same street so he would talk to you. leisha
