Hi, I live in Spain and my husband lives in the UK. I want a divorce but I dont know if I have to go back to the UK for it or if I can somehow do it here in Spain.

If it is straight forward and court appearances are not involved that you should be able to arrange to sign the UK divorce papers in Spain and return them to the UK via your solicitor.
If you have a Spanish property/assets in joint names you need to get that sorted out as well.
