Hola!
I’m moving to Spain for the summer and want to take St Johns Wort tablets.
First of all can you take them into spain?
Do you have to declare them at the airport?
Can I take 7 months worth?
Or any suggestions of websites that i’ve missed that can help me?
Many thanks 😊

If you pack it in your suitcase rather than hand luggage, saves any hassle.  I know you can buy this here in health/herb shops and also the supermarket Mercadonna sells some - but better brand/value from UK!

Here is a site which sells St. John’s Wort (Hip?rico or Hierba de San Juan, in Spanish).  You can compare prices.
