Hi There. My name is Ross. My great grandmother was born in 1860 in Bataan. he name was Macaria. She had a daughter named Culaza, also born in Spain in Bataan, Philippine Islands. Culaza had a daughter, Rosario registered as Spanish. My father was the son of Rosario born with his birth certificate stated with a mother as Spanish. I am currently applying under process under the law of Historical Memory. The consulate in Manila received my applications. What do you think is my stand? Will I be able to get the Spanish NAtionality? Thanks
Ross
