From the Mountains to the Sea.

Explore the beauty of Ireland East Coast and the Wicklow Mountains, where some of Ireland’s highest Mountains overlook the calm Irish Sea. Only a two hour flight from Spain!

Day 1: You will start your unforgetable journey in Newtownmountkennedy in the middle of the Wicklow Mountains. There you will spend a night in one of the traditional B&Bs; and see the sun set behind the mountains or go for a nice Guiness in one of the Pubs in the village.

Day 2 (15 Km walk): After a breakfast you will walk through the Wicklow Mountains heading towards the Sea. You will hike through a beautiful green hilly landscape to Kilcoole, where you can find a nice place for a quick snack or some sweets. From there you will walk to Greystones on the Sea Road right by the Irish Sea where you will have a stunning landscape with the ocean on one side and rocky mountains on the other side. After you arrive in Greystone you will check in into another beautiful B&B and enjoy the rest of the evening in this beautiful seaside town.

Day 3 (10 Km walk, 241m elevation): You will be served a nice breakfast again, before another day full of impressions starts again. Today you will walk from Greystones to Bray with a little detour. The walk starts again on a small path right by the sea with the ocean on one side and spectacular mountains on the other. But soon you will walk uphill on top of the “Bray Head”, a 241m high mountain shooting right out of the Irish Sea. You will have a wonderful few of the dramatic cliffs just below the “Bray Head”. In the afternoon you will arrive Bray, checking inot another beautiful B&B. Bray is one of the most famous Irish Sea towns and a wonderful location to enjoy the evening on the sea or in one of the many pubs.

Day 4: Today you will start your day with a rich breakfast again. After that you will have some more time to explore Bray. Maybe you walk, or if the weather allows, lay on the beach or walk along the cliffs and enjoy the beautiful nature. Or maybe you want to visit Sea Life Bray and explore the wildlife of the Irish Sea and Oceans of the world.
In the afternoon your journey continues by train. You will go from Bray to Dublin on a beautiful sea rail track and explore the change from rural Ireland into urban Ireland. After your arrival in Dublin you will check in in one of the city’s B&Bs; or hotels. After that you have time to explore Dublin’s nightlife or relax in one the Cafes.

Day 5: Today, after breakfast, you have an entire day to explore the capital of Ireland.

Day 6: Your journey has come to an end. After your breakfast you will say good-bye and leave for home with plenty of new memories and impressions of a beautiful country on the edge of Europe!
