Philosophy
We see that one of the problems of the market in Spain is an over-supply of properties. With so many flats and apartments for rent and sale, the search for your ideal property can often be overwhelming. This is why we have a very clear philosophy. Our shops will only actively represent a maximum of 12 properties at one time. This is so we can ensure that we have a valuable selection, and are properly screening our houses. This philosophy means we cannot afford to represent houses that are not valuable within the market, and gives both landlords and property hunter?s confidence that our selection of houses provide excellent value.

We understand the problems that can be associated when you rent in a foreign country. Because of this, we make sure that our processes are open and transparent, so that you can understand every step your search for your room, apartment or flat. Although all contracts will be in Spanish (to comply with Spanish law) we will provide a free translation service to ensure that you know exactly what is going on and what you are signing!
