looking for help to cordinate a filming schedule in Spain

We are a documentary filmmaker based in Mumbai, India. We've been working for some time now--almost two years-- for a US based tv channel called Veria, a channel all about healthy living and alternative cures. We do a program called Under the Sun, which is a travel show on organic farming practices all over the world. Along the way we also travel the off beat paths that explore the cuisine, culture and other ways of living of whichever country we go to. I am trying to find someone who can help us facilitate our episode in Spain by helping to locate organic farms and serve as a local guide and coordinator and interpreter.
