You think I would be able to speak it being half spanish lol. I can understand more than I can speak. Back when I was at school we only had german or french to learn. I could learn spanish in no time if i lived there. Why do you ask?

Because you would stand more of a chance of getting a job! I don’t live in the area so not really sure about jobs, but there aren’t many about. The rent is very good value though.

It belongs to a friend of mine who is in the UK. I think it will be the standard 11 months which is renewable, how long were you interested in?

if possible I would like to stay for a shorter period at first to see
how it feels and then commit myself to a long term contract.
basically I am looking for something that is quiet.
I am a light sleeper.  Can u send some fotos to greggeanious@hotmail.com?
thanx

This is the property, they may consider a shorter let. It is in the town, there are buses but there is no internet at the property you would have to have it installed or get a dongle.

I see it is for sale.  If I rent it and it is sold, how long do I have before I have to leave?

About 3 months, but they might take it off the market if they have a long term let, if you are seriously interested I will ask them.

OK.  ask them if I can rent it for 3 months.  If I like it, then I will extend it
for 9 more months or buy it.  would u send any future messages to my
email addresses in an earlier post.  I check that more often.  thanx

another option is that i sign a contract that says they have to give me 3 months notice to vacate and I have to give them 3 months notice if I am going to leave
