There is a proposed general strike on Wednesday in Spain.  I am suppose to fly from
rome to madrid on Ryan Air that day.  What do you think the chances are my flight
will be cancelled?  Ryan air expects delays and cancellations and has offered
to reschedule flights on that day for free, but I already have a hotel reservation
that I can not cancel and a bus ticket for thursday that I have already paid for.
I wonder what I should do?

So that’s what it takes for Ryanair to offer something for free.

Almost free.  If you have already checked in online, you must call a number which has a fee
by the minute.  almost one euro per minute here in Italy.  As I read it, there is no fee for changing
your flight but I believe you must pay the difference in the price of the ticket.  correct me if I am
wrong.

hahaha! You’re probably right about that! That’s somehow sad. Hope everything is going well in Spain!
