After years of "no charges" on our Barclay's Spain account, I see they are set to begin a quarterly charge as well as a charge for each transaction.
We have no "direct deposit", our money merely sits there (and no interest is paid).
Are there any banks left which would not assess a quarterly "service" fee? I am talking about balances over 3,000 euros.
