I am a resident in Spain with a property,

Is making a English electronic will on-line safe and legal in the UK and Spain ?

Probably not in Spain no - as here they have a central will registry and I think also needs to be signed at a notary. They are not expensive so I would do it the conventional way and also there are new laws concerning wills - see my article in January TIM (Pg 18)
