RE Declaring on the modular 720 , if you own a property that you paid over 50,000€ for it you have to declare it, But say you brought the property 10,20 or 30 years ago and paid less than 50,000€ Even though the property may be worth more than 50K now, its the price you originally paid and you dont need to declare.. But take good fiscal advice. on groups 1 and 2
