Where in Spain are the people most friendly towards Americans?

Visiting Spain this summer with a couple of friends (18 yrs old, white) and just trying to figure out what areas would be the most friendly/hospitable to Americans. Thanks.

Maybe Cadiz and or Sevilla… both have huge US military bases (Rota NAS and Moron AFB) close by. Can’t say for sure but I would guess the natives are pretty friendly!

In my 13 years here I don’t think I have ever heard of any regional dislikes of any particular nationalities. Typically the Spanish are not Xenophobic providing you make some attempt at speaking Spanish and appreciating their culture.
