Our client a leading online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Executive Speaking Swedish. The company offer great prospects for progression and have an excellent working environment.

You must be a fluent Swedish speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience.

The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. The company is one of the major companies in the betting / gambling market and employs about 400 people worldwide. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.

Salary is £17k - £19k depending on experience plus healthcare, pension & relocation package.
