Hi we currently live in Portugal and are so disapointed with the unreliable weather and ridiculous beaurocracy we have decided to move to Southern Spain

Can anyone tell me the average cost of electricity council tax internet and phone and water please and any other bills we might expect. We are retired on a good state pension thanks to SERPS and would like to rent first before buying.

What is the situation regarding healthcare, my husband is state pension age but I am not have just retired with him?
