I think it’s a good idea and certainly a very good opportunity you’ve picked up on. So long as your SEO is good and makes your site easy to locate, then I’m sure it will become very successful.

One thing that most expats I’ve met, buying or selling, particularly like to moan about is estate agents and commissions. I would certainly consider using this service as part of a strategy to sell my home if I wished to do so.

The only problem I can foresee is that you’ll need to highlight any users that are in fact direct owners and those who are possibly estate agents, looking for a cost effective way to promote multiple properties.
