Bluestar satellite phone?

I came across the above as a possible alternative to the dreaded Telefonica... seems to cost a bomb to set up but sounds fast and reliable afterwards as well as reasonable on call costs, and providing a UK incoming number which would be a great help to me from a business point of view. I wondered if anyone had any experience of actually using them they could share..?
