About the Product

The role of a Distribution Network Manager is to operate within a defined area, visiting local Estate agents, Lawyers, bars & restaurants and signing them up to help us market the Wincham IHT planning product.
With agents and lawyers, you will present them with the opportunity of offering the Wincham product to their past, present and future client base. We will supply leaflets, posters, door stickers and other marketing and promotion material.
With bars and restaurants you will offer them the opportunity of becoming an information distribution point, earning hundreds of euros for allowing us to put our brochures into their establishment. The brochures will sit in a plastic leaflet dispenser on their bar or similar visible area. The bar owners will also be encouraged to talk to regulars about the service and present them with a brochure.
Once signed up, you will keep in contact with them by phone and email to encourage them to market our product by ensuring leaflet are prominently displayed, Windows stickers are placed in visible positions and that they are utilising our sales packs to send sales emails to their clients (for Estate Agents and lawyers).
This is how the business works
At training in Malaga, you will receive;
2000 full colour brochures
200 full colour posters
An information pack to give to agents / Lawyers/bars/restaurants (these are your Network Distribution Points/ NDP’s )
An agreement form (duplicate copies) to sign up NDP’s and confirm their commission agreements.
The NDP’s place the brochures in a visible place in their office, bar or restaurant.
People read the brochures they pick up at distribution points and call a local rate 902 XXXX or a (UK) 0844 XXXX number for more information.
We take their contact details and fill in a form by asking a few simple questions.
We calculate their tax liability using our unique calculator.
We give them the quote and tell them we will send them the quote by email or post, and log them into our system. When they go forward and order the full package, we pay out to you and the distribution point where the leaflet was picked up.
Their payment;
Each distribution point form a part of your distribution network comes from the introduction. Each of their leaflets will have a unique identity number for the establishment.
Agents and Lawyers will go straight online and sign up their clients manually.
In bars and restaurants, when someone picks up the leaflet and calls for a free appraisal, we ask for the unique ID, and place that person as a referral from the bar or restaurant.
If they go through to purchase the Wincham plan, we credit that bar with their commission (and let you know too). We will email or text them with every successful sale.
Your payment;
Your payment comes as an over-ride on each sales created by anyone in your network.
That means you will make the initial introduction, place the leaflets and build a network of distribution points for our brochures, posters and other point of sale material as it comes on line. You will look after each distribution point, replenish leaflets and posters and ensuring each distribution point displays their point of sale leaflets as visibly as possible.
You aim will be to sign up 150 distribution points in your area as a minimum, that will help you achieve your on target earnings of 24,000€ in year one.
CRITERIA
This opportunity does not cost anything to set up in your own area - however;
To become an agent, we will require a 650€ payment as a deposit for training, printed brochures, leaflets etc. This will be returned to you with your first commission payment
You will come to Malaga for one days training. We will pay for 1X overnight accommodation and meals
You need an up to date computer with broadband/ADSL internet connection
You need a driving licence and car
You need a land line telephone at home (or office)
You will be required to sign up to telecom provider Europa Networks in order for us to integrate you into our telecom system. This does not mean you cancel telefonica, get more details direct from http://www.europa-network.com
