I have just joined and wonder if anyone out there can help me please
I have adsl with Telephonica but they did not send me the letter comfirming settings etc so I rang 1004 and was given the number for the tech dept but they only speak Spanish I dont so can anyone tell me how to setup Outlook Express with servers details please also I do not have the details of my Telefonica email address that would have been in the letter also password

Without the letter advising you of your user name and password for your email, no amount of settings will help you, you need the user name and password to log on to the pop3 server. I would advise getting someone with some Spanish to call up for you and request them
