An ongoing building nightmare in inland Alicante is now beginning to centre around electricity supply.
Architects proyecto specified 9.2 Kva to handle 4 bedroom house with hot/cold aircon, electric oven and pool heatpump.
Electricity contractors proyecto for a scheme of 9 large houses including ours specifies 5.5 Kva!
Pool heat pump supplied requires 3 phase power. Electricity contractor says 'Good idea, that's what you all need!
To me 3 phase is something you instal if you want a 20 tonne press in your garage! Can anyone please advise about 3 phase power and its use in Spain.
