Hi everyone!

Im an Australian and am wanting to re-locate to Gibraltar and live in the south of Spain and commute each day.

If I have a work permit for Gibraltar, do I need any sort of visa to reside in Spain?

If so, does anyone know which one?

As it is my passport currently allows me to stay for up to 90 days in any EU country without a visa.

Can I stay ongoing if Im not working in Spain but only living there?

Any help on this topic would be appreciated.

Thanks everyone!!

also found this for you aswell The new Gibraltar budget was announced in June 2007, and contained a number of changes affecting individual taxation as detailed below. We strongly recommend that you visit the Gibraltar goverment website for specific infomration and a tax calculator - http://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/
