A man rang this morning from the UK and insisted that I had been allocated his landline number which he has had for 5 years. Is he dodgy or hasTelefonica messed up? We were connected last week.

when he ring again are you get his telNO from where he is ring from , tel him to go to telefoinca whit his problem , most likey he lost the telphone No. due to unpayed bills are give up the No. if hethat badly off sell him the no back .... sould Dodgy and report it to telefoinca and the police . Eu telephone law , says you own the number . unless unpayed bills and so on
dont get involed with this guy ....
