The Alicante airport is located 48km north of Cabo Roig
Transfer to Cabo Roig: Regular buses (number C-6 ) leave every 30 minutes from the airport bus station to Alicante. From Alicante bus station there are buses to Cartagena every 2 hours. This is the bus you need for Cabo Roig.
Taxis are available outside Arrivals and cost would be around 60 Euros.
I just did a quick check with Shuttle Direct who are recommended transfer company and they have quoted ?64 for the trip
