Need help with visa for my moroccan girlfriend

Hi everybody!
I?m EU guy living and working in Spain.Now I want my girlfriend from Morocco to come and live with me,but it seems to be quite hard to get her visa.Is it true that all you need to get work visa is a contract from any spanish company?This info she got in Rabat and I dont know where I can confirm it.Maybe you know something,Moonlight? I will be grateful for any help!
