My husband and I recently did the shortest move of our lives, from Bloque 3 to Bloque 1 within the same complex. I called Telefonica to switch the lines over before we left. Can you believe that they said it would take 20 days just to move the lines from one side of the complex to the other! Plus they charge you 50€ plus tax for the “service” and they keep charging you the normal rate for the 20 days, despite the fact that you don’t actually have a phone line or internet for use....
My advice: call 20 days before you move to switch your lines.
Oh and I could write several more posts about their supposed “ofertas” that you almost have to threaten them into applying.
