Hi Everybody, I need some help and hope you can help me as im really new to this subject.

I would like to import small quantities of woman clothing directly from china. Do i need to have Import License for that? or is it just for large quantities, Does importing to Spain means i HAVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS IN SPAIN????.  How complicated it is to get an import license?? what are the inport charges for clothing?

I am a seller on ebay UK but recently moved to Madrid from the USA, my paypal is still registared in the USA, if i do decide to have a real Business on ebay UK, which country do i have to inform for tax reasons (Spain, the USA)

when selling in the Eu Zone you need to charge the vat to the person where thay live but way around it if you sell from spain web site your be spanish IVA will be meeting ex boss of my that had website ship good to Uk and Ireland and will ask him , was gift site for ex irish to ireland , he some 3000 units ship in frist year off set up i know was a vat htink involed
