Does anyone know someone from Telefonica that will come and fix my line for cash. I have been trying to get the line repaired for about two years now, it was difficult when I was there regularly but its even worse now that my circumstances have changed and I can only go two or three times a year. Setting up an appointment with the repair man is virtually impossible and both times that he came the line was only good for a matter of hours. Has anyone found a sympathetic Telefonica employee that can fix a line problem and will work for cash?

Most of the work done in our area is contracted out by Telefonica to a company mainly employing South Americans - they are always keen to supplement their income!
