Property available

We have a comprehensive portfolio of re sale and off plan property available in Spain. We have carried out all due diligence on your behalf. We have direct with developer agreements in Spain, so you can be confident you will pay a fair price for your investment. As we are mortgage intermediaries, we can help you raise finance for you investment. Should you find a suitable property, we have a bank of trusted and registered solicitors to ensure your purchase progresses smoothly and within realistic timescales. You can of course choose your own if you wish. We employ certified translators to attend all legal meetings if you require them. There is a small charge for this service. When we sell property for current owners (re sales) we only add a small commission onto the price they are looking to receive as vendors. Some agencies add as much as 20,000 euros in commission. We cap our commission rate for sole agency rights so we can present and market the property as competitively as possible.

Mortgage and re mortgages

We are mortgage intermediaries; therefore we have developed and maintained relationships with a host of lenders. We can offer exclusive products not always available to a walk in customer. Mortgage applications can be time consuming and tedious at the best of times. We will remove all the stress from the process and find you the best fit for purpose mortgage or re mortgage.
