Working in UK, just moved to Madrid, what do I do about tax? Residencia?

Hey,

Just arrived here and don't have a clue what I need to do!

I have my own company in london and pay tax, NI etc there.

I don't want to change that but would like to be a Spanish resident, without paying tax, NI etc here as well.

Anyone have any idea's about how I should approach this?
