We are a family from the USA moving to Madrid.  My husband has everyhting he needs to go to the consulate to get his work visa.  He is including our marriage certificate, mine and our children health certificates....  My question is...; Do we need a legalized translation of each document?

Hi Jess, I’m pretty sure that you do need to have it translated, but call first and make sure.  Legal translators are very expensive.
