Hi everyone, please can you help!....Im moving back to tenerife next week and i used to have my nie number back in 1999, since being back in uk ive lost my card and information...Will i need to apply for a new one or will my old one still be activated and how do i find this out....thank you!

You`ll probably need to renew since they did away with the residency cards.

As you haven`t been resident for 9 years i would think it probably got binned, you can check at the foreigners office within the Policia Nacional.
