This is the sersanet/Helvetia health cover club I belong to.  For a small annual preium I can choose any of the drs/dentists from the list and in theory- get a good discount.  (I have not been able to use it yet - for lack of assistance in how it works!)…
ps - These are all private drs - so they run their own businesses - but also supposedly belong to the sersanet discount scheme.
