I don?t know if you know what is going on in Marbella. Yesterday I had the opportunity to talk for free with my family and my friends in Machester totally for free, and this offer is going to be until the first of December. This has been a discovery for me, after have been spending a lot of money in calls.
There is a bus from Skype in C/ Arias Maldonado where you can learn how to use this simple software and to talk for free by Internet with another Skype users or to mobile and traditional phones across the world.
As me, if you are far from your family, this could be a good chance to get in touch with them for free.

I guess you haven't read our page on how to make cheap calls in Spain (http://www.spainexpat.com/spain/information/voip_in_spain/)... ? We've been talking about Skype for years! ;)
It IS great but also check out Vonage. I prefer the quality and ease of use personally.
