I am a resident and citizen of India.

I am considering a job offer with a Spanish company (S.L. Limited Liability) that is planning to setup an offshore development company (ODC) in India. This ODC would be owned and operated by another Indian company and after reaching a critical mass will be transferred to the spanish company who at that time will have a legal entity.

I am interested to see the possibility by which I can be an employee of the spanish company, but operate in India with requirement to travel to spain on a periodic basis.

In essence, I would like to be employed by the spanish company till such time that it has a legal presence in India.

regards..

IN SHORT YES BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO REGISTER THE COMPANY AND ITS ACTIVITY BE CLEAR, SUFFICIENTLY FUNDED AND YOUR WORK PERMIT COULD BE GIVEN AS DIRECTOR OF A REGISTERED COMPANY PAYING YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY AND SALARY
