I have 2 situations. I will be visiting my fiance` in Valencia in June and I would like to know what do I have to do before leaving the States? Next we plan on getting married in October in Valencia. He is from Nigeria but resides in Spain and I am from the U.S. what type of legal activities need to take place before and after the nuptuals and how far in advance?Thank you

I read it. where as an american can i get those documents they are asking for. proof that you are single. never heard of such a document before in america. how do we get it translated to spanish. any refernces to someone who could handle that. i really need some layman's terms and specifics.
