Due to the current financial situation, I have decided to hopefully find suitable tenants who, subject to satisfactory references being obtained, will be able to rent my lovely apartment at a drastically reduced rental.
Until the economical situation improves, I would be prepared to rent the apartment solely to enable me to pay the overheads on it.
Should a suitable applicant be found, in monetary terms it would represent a saving of between 50-60% of current rental values. I obviously am looking for only serious applicants with a minimum of at least one year's commitment. The reason I have considered such an offer is for me to be able to retain my property as cheaply as possible until such times as the property market recovers.
