Due to the current financial situation, I have decided to hopefully find suitable tenants who, subject to satisfactory references being obtained, will be able to rent my lovely apartment at a drastically reduced rental.
Until the economical situation improves, I would be prepared to rent the apartment solely to enable me to pay the overheads on it.
Should a suitable applicant be found, in monetary terms it would represent a saving of between 50-60% of current rental values. I obviously am looking for only serious applicants with a minimum of at least one year?s commitment. The reason I have considered such an offer is for me to be able to retain my property as cheaply as possible until such times as the property market recovers.

Having read this post and seen the owners web page, it just proves how bad things must be if the owner has had no replies at all. I don't know how owners who are still asking normal rental prices hope to find anyone!!
