Hola!  we are coming to Spain next week for our 1st visit as potential immigrants as opposed to just holidaying there.  So this is a fact finding tour!  We are staying in Cabo Roig and we wondered if there are any fiestas in the area at this time of the year.  Are the markets open as often as summer? Oh! and what’s the weather like?  Will I need my sheepskin coat or will a lightweight waterproof fleece be enough?

Thanks

Hola, Yes the markets are open - they are held on the same day every week unless it is a fiesta or the weather is really bad. Fiesta bit thin on the ground at the moment so you might not be lucky there. Weather has been fantastic but we are in for a few rainy days.  Check out forecasts on the http://www.bcvillas.com - click the icon by the clock top right! Good luck.

You may be lucky as there are numerous religious festivals in virtually every town throughout the year
