Telefonica vs Jazztel and More..

Today Telefonica really Peeved me off...

I was enquiring about a new years contract for my Folks..... received an answer is that there is no good deals etc...
So I emailed jazztel to see if they can offer me a good deal for my folks... Yet to receive a reply....

Anyway... Telefonica said that there only keeping there deals for new Customers and there is nothing that they can offer my folks in a way of a new deal.....mmmmmmmmmm So I said ok I cancel and go with Jazz Tel Answer back.... you can do anything you wish go to another provider....

Obviously no Customer Crisis with Telefonica!!!!
