We moved house about 4 months ago. At our old flat, in Bonanova (BCN), the cable tv reception and internet very rarely cut out. However, at our new flat, in Gracia (BCN), they cut out every 2-3 days. Each time they cut out, we call telefonica and they re-set our service remotely and it starts to work again.
Is it possibly something to do with our new neighbourhood? Would the server be more busy in Gracia than Bonanova or something? Or is it more the phone lines at our new flat?
Anyone have any ideas of why it's happening? We already had telefonica come around and replace our first router, but we still have the same problem with the new one they gave us, so we guess it's not the router...
Is it normal for Imagenio and internet to cut out every 2 days?
