Hi yes they are on sites to view.
They will be more expensive on agent sites due to their commission
Would you like me to send you my email so I can send you photos.
Cheers Tony

Tony, isn’t it kinda dodgey to try to get around that agent’s commission? We’ve all seen too many swindlers selling illegal property… not sure it’s worth saving a few percentage points for a bit more piece of mind.

Hi,
No I don’t consider it dodgey , the agent can advertise the property where they want, and I can where I want.
Good luck if they sell it ( they will get some commission ) that is what their job is.
I am the legal owner of the property’s , but I guess a buyer would always get this checked out before !
I want to sell then asap so I am open to sensible offers !!!!!
Best Regards Tony

hi Jurdyr
What website where you looking at ?
I can assure you there is nothing dodgy about the property’s ( except they do need renovation )
If you are interested in seeing them you are welcome to come and have a look, I have the deeds with my name on them, they are paid for in full with no mortgage
and sumas paid up to date.
Cheers Tony

Hi Expatriator
I have placed ads on various sites, and agents have placed them on major sites.
I really would like to sell them !!!
I was going to do them up myself but don’t have time
Cheers Tony
