Hi,

I am from the UK, my wife is from Azerbaijan, we want to live in Spain. Is there any way we can do this without me applying for Spanish Residency & paying worldwide taxes? I am getting all maner of conflicting info/feedback on this, really need some help.

Additional info:
My wife will want to work in Spain.
We own a house in Spain (Jointly)
I work in the Middle East so don’t pay taxes in UK either.
I will not reside in UK for more than 89 days or in Spain for more than 179 days!
