I am buying a bar in Fuengirola. Does anyone know if most bars do, or do not, run a bar tab system?

It will depend on the customer. German and Spanish tend to pay for their drinks when they leave as would your regular customers but the English will usually pay when they get their drink. There is a danger that some people will do a runner and not pay their tab. Make sure that all drinks are written down in case they query the bill.
