Does anyone know of bar that is for sale on a rental contract (not lease)? We have moved recently to costa del sol and are interested in renting a bar (cafe bar, bar or music bar) anywhere on the coast except Torrelmoninos. Our budget is low at this stage until later in the year. Therefore we would be interested in a deal for rental with a view to buying (leasing) within 1 or 2 years.

running a pub is 24/7 hours job and with new smoking law becarful where you rent , as ban for bars , there few , lot up for rent around just need to keep you eyes out for the right one
