Marijuana&Hash; in South Spain

I'm living in north italy, close to the border with France. And
as the title can suggest, I like to light a joint here and then.
As the hash here is really expensive, and low quality, and I
wouldn't mind making a trip to cadiz, malaga, granada, etc.,
how much would it cost me to get 1 kg of normal quality moroccan
hash or marijuana, just for personal use, in one of the cities mentioned,
or anywhere else in south spain. Thanks ahead =)

I am not up to date with the current laws regarding has for personal use down here in the South...
Only that any kind of drugs are considered a no no!
Yes, there are lots of 'illegal landings' where hauls of Moroccan hash etc are confiscated, but it is just that -
It is all taken off the streets!
Not that you can't get it here - but be very careful who you ask.
That said, I often get a whiff around the young Spanish so I guess they buy it somewhere!
Just want to warn you to be careful or you could end up in clink!

Spain is the largest Cocaine user in Europe, its wildly used amoung the 30 somethings, we got offered some at a dinner once.
We declined.
The paseao most nights would be filled with kids smoking it in full view of passers by with little regard for the passing local policia.
I never noticed any difference between the UK and Spain regarding drugs and availability, although since Spain speaks the same lingo as the major drug suppliers I guess its not surprising most if not all the drugs found in Europe enter via Spain, Galicia has the addresses of some serious South American and European drug dealers and the news most months show some seriously large hauls caught.

But...
Do you know the laws on 'grow your own at home' here?
(Our neighbour in the campo seems to grow a reasonable amount each summer.. and guessing he has spare at the end of the day...
We do no want to shop him - as it keeps us all 'happy neighbours'....)
But just wondered what the actual law is... and how well they are likely to enforce it.
(We got a shock one dark night when the Guradia turned up being very officious...
Turns out - after the event we found out 'what/why'... the other neighbour had ratted on above neighbour saying there was some kind of building infringement???)..
NB we are vey very rural and like our peace and quiet...
so just keeping our eyes and ears open for potential situations~! lol!

I heard it is similar to the UK, growing for personal use is not punished greatly, it'll be a fine and not more than a few hundred euros.
I wouldn't get involved.

So, what is the LAW, or unofficial LAW, on Cocaine personal use in Spain ?
I understand a little about the Cannabis law..

Coming across various posts, and going the Official sources online it is decriminalized for Personal use.
Out of sight on your own property up to three plants are allowed to be grown. I read it as being encouraged as opposed to encouraging the black market...
