Hello all

I left Majorca in summer 2007 and didn't pay my mortgage or my telefonica bill.

I didn't owe telefonica much money, but I found it impossible to cancel the line...

If I was to go back to Spain, will I be able to get a telefonica line?

Are there alternatives to Telefonica that don't do any sort of credit check?

I can't move back there unless I am sure I can get good ASDL because I need it for my work.

Any tips anyone?

Cheers

Try choosing a zone that has ONO, or Jazztel, or Orange, etc.

I can?t see you having any problems, just dont use Telefonica and to be honest, they are so badly organised i would avoid using them at all costs. The telecommunications industry in Spain is slowly opening up and even BT are increasing their presence here. Let us know if you have any more questions, good luck.

Perhaps you should try and pay what you owe.....? If it was "impossible to cancel" the line, presumably your debt is still increasing.
