Bilingual ( English & Spanish) Advertising Sales Executive , Marbella

An exciting opportunity to work within the real estate advertising sales sector in a good company has arisen. Responsibilities would include the effective coverage of designated regions of Spain, selling advertising space to real estate agents, developers and related sectors in two unique and well known magazines that are geared towards the UK and Irish market. Furthermore you will be required to maintain relationships with existing customers, source for and build new relationships, organize sales trips and well as attending exhibitions in Spain and the UK. It is essential that you are bi-lingual in English and Spanish with at least 18 months experience in either media/advertising sales or real estate/development sales, with knowledge of the Spanish property industry being a distinct advantage. You must be articulate, professional and well-presented and have the independence and ability to work with a minimum of supervision, often under the pressure of deadlines and within the strict guidelines of the publishing industry. Full clean driving licence and reliable own car are necessary. An excellent basic salary with un-capped commission is available to the right sales person.
