Hi everyone

I have been on an 18 months contract with vodafone for a USB-type mobile internet. The service cost about 50 euros per month and it is a 3G.

My contract would expire this week and I need a new service that is cheaper. I dont wann't any phone set up. I prefer a wireless one that does not depend on any phone.

Can anyone help out here please?

Thank you

Hi,

Where are you located?

I install Wireless Internet in the Costa del Sol and surrounding inland areas.
I only use the most reliable internet providors and can tailor a package to suit your needs.
Remember the cheapest is not always the best, as in most things in life you get what you pay for.

Hi Neil,

I stay in Alcala de henares, Madrid. I heard of an internet connection using D-link . I was told I only have to buy the antenna in one of the big stores and pay a one time fee of 50 euros to have it installed. Sounds too good to be true though .Have you heard of it?

I do not make use of up to 1GB and feel that I pay more than I use.

Do you have any recommendation, please?

thanks

Hi,

D-Link is a company that makes routers, antennas etc so I'm not sure what you would be buying.
I'm presuming it's some sort of wireless network card / antenna that would then receive a signal from a local hotspot.
If you are paying to use 1GB download limt then you will be surprised how much you actually use.
Everytime you look at anything on the internet or use VOIP then this adds to your download limit.
Just because you don't download Movies / music etc it doesn't nessasarily mean you wouldn't use much of your download limt
